All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). GCash and PayMaya deposits are instant. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification and standard processing times per payment method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. 8kk reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions. Bonus abuse will result in account suspension.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 8kk ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 8kk website located at https://8kk.one and all associated services, games, and features offered therein.
By accessing the 8kk platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the 8kk platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. No separate agreement, verbal or written, supersedes these Terms unless explicitly stated in a signed addendum issued by 8kk.
To register and maintain an account on 8kk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
8kk reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 8kk may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8kk platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 8kk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8kk will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 8kk support immediately via live chat. We recommend enabling any additional security features available in your account settings.
As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, 8kk may require you to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address dated within the last three months.

All transactions on the 8kk platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP. Players are responsible for any conversion fees charged by their own bank or payment provider if they fund their account from a non-PHP source.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit on the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name. 8kk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification.
8kk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 8kk reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 24 months of inactivity.
8kk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 8kk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or set deposit limits may not be eligible for certain promotional offers. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — constitutes bonus abuse. 8kk reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
All bets placed on the 8kk platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — live casino, slots, bingo, sports betting, and any other game category. These game-specific rules are accessible within each game or game category and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation from the 8kk platform. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection before confirmation is received, the bet may be voided. 8kk is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's end.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes displayed due to a software malfunction, or erroneous payouts — 8kk reserves the right to void affected bets and correct any erroneous payouts. "Manifest error" means an obvious and palpable mistake that a reasonable person would recognize as incorrect. 8kk will notify affected players and process corrections as promptly as possible.
Maximum payout limits apply per game, per session, and per day. These limits are displayed within each game's information panel. 8kk reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or series of bets at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence of system exploitation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8kk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

8kk does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 8kk will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.
8kk's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8kk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 8kk will notify registered players via email and/or an on-screen notification upon their next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
